Our Commitment

Academic Integrity Statement

Last updated: April 2026

Academic integrity is the foundation of scholarship. Thesis Elite exists to support the work of authors — never to replace it. Every editor we engage, every service we offer, and every order we accept is shaped by this principle.

The work belongs to you

Whether you are completing a PhD thesis, preparing a journal manuscript, or refining a patent specification, the words, ideas, data, and arguments are yours. Our editors help you present them more clearly. They do not, and will not, claim or transfer authorship.

What we do

  • Edit and proofread documents that you have written.
  • Improve language, structure, flow, and consistency.
  • Format your manuscript to a target publisher's guidelines.
  • Advise on journal selection, submission workflow, and reviewer responses.
  • Provide methodology and statistical-approach advice that you are free to accept, adapt, or reject.
  • Improve patent specifications drafted by you or your qualified patent attorney.

What we will not do

  • We will not write academic work for you to submit as your own.
  • We will not complete coursework, assignments, or examinations.
  • We will not falsify or fabricate data, citations, or references.
  • We will not submit work to any journal or institution on your behalf, or use your credentials.
  • We will not provide services intended to evade plagiarism or AI-content detection tools.
  • We will not undertake any work that would breach the academic-integrity policy of your institution or publisher.

Authorship verification

Before we begin work and again before payment is taken, we ask every customer to confirm that the document being submitted is their own original work, and that they understand Thesis Elite provides editorial and advisory services only. Submission and payment cannot proceed without this affirmation.

Disclosure to your institution

Many universities and journals permit professional editing provided appropriate disclosure is made. It is your responsibility to check the policy of your institution and your target publisher and to disclose editorial assistance where required. We will provide, on request, a written description of the editorial scope of our engagement that you can include in any such disclosure.

Our right to refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any order that, in our reasonable opinion, crosses an academic-integrity line. Our public Refusal of Service Policy sets out the categories of work we will not undertake.
