Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the permitted and prohibited uses of services provided by Plagaiscans Technologies Ltd trading as Thesis Elite. By placing an order you agree to comply with this Policy in full.

1. Nature of our services

Thesis Elite provides editorial, advisory, language-improvement, and research-support services. Our role is to help you improve work that you have authored. We do not author work that you intend to submit as your own, and we do not produce content that is designed to deceive any reader, examiner, journal, or institution.

2. Permitted uses

• Editorial improvement of your own thesis, dissertation, manuscript, or research article.
• Proofreading and language editing of your existing draft.
• Advisory consultations on research methodology, statistical approach, or journal selection.
• Editorial improvement of patent specifications drafted by you or your qualified patent attorney.
• Formatting your manuscript to a target publisher's author guidelines.
• Editorial assistance preparing structured responses to peer-review comments.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use our services for any of the following purposes. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive:

• Ghostwriting — commissioning the creation of original academic work that you intend to submit as your own.
• Contract cheating — paying any third party to complete coursework, assignments, examinations, or assessments on your behalf.
• Examination help — receiving assistance with take-home exams, timed tests, or any assessed work where outside help is prohibited.
• Misrepresentation of authorship — submitting work to any institution, journal, or publisher in a way that misrepresents who wrote it.
• Falsification or fabrication — generating, fabricating, or falsifying data, results, citations, or references.
• Circumvention of detection tools — any service intended to evade plagiarism detection, AI-content detection, or similarity-checking tools.
• Submission on your behalf — having us log into journal or institutional portals using your credentials, or submit work to any body in your name.
• Unlawful content — work that infringes any third-party intellectual-property right, contains defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material, or relates to the production of weapons, illicit drugs, or other illegal activity.
• Patent prosecution or representation — drafting patent claims from scratch, advising on patentability, or representing you before any patent office. We provide editorial improvement only; filing must be performed by you or a qualified patent attorney.

4. Authorship verification

Before submission and again before payment, you will be asked to confirm that the document you have provided is your own original work and that you understand that Thesis Elite provides editorial and advisory services only. You will be responsible for the final submission of any work to academic, journal, or institutional bodies.

5. Right to refuse or terminate

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any order that, in our reasonable opinion, falls within the prohibited uses above. See our Refusal of Service Policy for the full list of categories we refuse to undertake. Where an order is terminated for breach of this AUP, no refund will be payable in respect of work already performed.

6. Reporting concerns

If you become aware of misuse of our services, please report it confidentially to support@thesiselite.com. We investigate every report and act decisively to protect academic integrity.

7. Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.
