How Payment Works

We use Stripe and Airwallex hosted checkout for every order. You always know what you're paying, in which currency, before you confirm.

  1. 1. Tell us about your project

    Submit an enquiry through the contact form with your word count, subject area, and deadline. We respond within 24 business hours.

  2. 2. Receive a written quote

    We send a fixed quote in GBP, scope of work, deliverables, and turnaround. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote in writing.

  3. 3. Pay via secure hosted checkout

    On acceptance, we email you a payment link from Stripe or Airwallex. You complete payment on their PCI-DSS compliant hosted page — we never see or store your full card details.

  4. 4. Get a receipt and start date

    You receive an automatic email receipt showing the amount, currency, processor, and our company details. We confirm your editor assignment within 1 business day.

  5. 5. Delivery and post-delivery support

    Your edited deliverable arrives on or before the agreed date, with one round of clarification included. Our refund and revision policy is published in full and never buried.

Card data handling

Card details are entered on Stripe's or Airwallex's PCI-DSS compliant hosted payment page. We never see, transmit, or store your full card data. Our system only retains the last four digits and card brand for your receipt and accounting records.

Currency & conversion

Prices are quoted in GBP (£). You may pay in USD, EUR, AUD, or INR — currency conversion is handled at checkout by Stripe or Airwallex at their prevailing exchange rates. The final payable amount in your chosen currency is shown before you confirm. Your card issuer may apply additional foreign-transaction fees we do not control.
